The Annual Meeting of Cedarfield Plantation (C1) Homeowners Associations, Inc., has been set for Monday, February 10th starting at 6:00 pm to 7:30pm at the community room downstairs at North Country Regional Library 16500 Holly Crest Lane Huntersville, NC 28078

Registration will begin at 5:30pm.  

If you cannot attend in person, it is important that you return the proxy form sent to you via mail. You may assign the proxy to another homeowner who will be in attendance or assign it to the board of directors to vote on your behalf. A quorum of ten percent, or more than 46 home representatives, is required to conduct business at the annual meeting, including elections, so here are three options if you cannot attend the annual meeting in person:

1) Please fill out this proxy form, and have a neighbor bring it to the meeting.

2) Or, fill out this proxy form, take a picture of it, and email it to ballots@communityassociationmanagement.com, by Sunday, February 9th, per the instructions on the form.

3) Or, if you ARE attending, ask three neighbors if you can take their completed proxy forms with you to the meeting.

If you are applying for the Board of Director spot, please use this Google form by Sunday, February 9th. You can also nominate yourself or a neighbor at the meeting.
