Satellite Dish Requirements   Dishes will be a maximum of 1 meter in diameter. Dishes will be placed in locations not visible from the front of the house. Attach to chimey, but not protrude above chimney. Attached to back/side of home, below roof line. In backyard and shielded with shrubbery. Installed in homeowner’s attic. All satellite dishes and installation locations must be reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee.  Any dish systems which are not approved and do not meet these guidelines will have to be removed or relocated at the homeowner’s expense.
