Common Area Rules No signs of any kind are permitted at the main entrance at McCoy road and Stratton Farm Road with the  exception of temporary information signs such as yard sales, etc. Any real estate signs may be removed at the discretion of the board or property manager.  A generic “Homes for Sale” sign will be placed at village entrances by the board or manager whenever it is appropriate.  (i.e. For Sale by Owner home). Signs such as those for a yard sale, lost animal, etc. must be removed within 48 hours from any common area or village entrance. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked on any common property, other than the swimming pool parking lot, for any purpose other than for attending a neighborhood event. Animal owners are responsible for cleaning upafter their animals on any common property.
